The capsule rooms were sleek and modern, and the staff spoke English like total pros. And let me tell you, the SPA area was straight fire. We had a blast chilling in the onsen pools and getting our zen on in the sauna. Plus, they had this sick game room with digital programming that kept us entertained for hours. It was the perfect way to end our trip!

If there's one thing we could've asked for, it would be a more happening nightlife scene. The hotel was awesome for chilling and relaxing, but as young party-goers, we were hoping for some late-night fun.

There was a faint urine smell and the bathroom stools could have used some cleaning. the bunk bed setup in the capsules was a bit inconvenient.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, near the vibrant Dotonbori area. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ryoko in the gym.

Our stay at the capsule hotel was fantastic. We also enjoyed the spa and sauna facilities, a perfect way to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

The lockers were a bit small for our backpacks, requiring us to constantly go back to the reception to retrieve our valuables.

my recent stay in osaka exceeded expectations. the location was perfect, close to transportation and entertainment. the facilities at the capsule hotel were complete and clean, especially the onsen spa with its various hot pools and saunas. the addition of male staff made it more comfortable. i'll definitely book again when i visit osaka.
